"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might"
Ecclesiastes 9:10, NIV
We cannot tolerate mediocrity, especially in the body of Christ. It is not biblical. If you are going to do something, do it with all of your heart, body, and soul.
Our work is our worship. Whatever you do with your hands at work, at school, at church -- do it to the glory of God. You are not in school just to educate yourself, but as an advocate for Jesus Christ. You are the light! You are not at your job just to make money, but to glorify Jesus. You are the light in dark places!
Remember not to put your focus on things that are temporal, things that are here and now; we should be investing our time in the Word of God which is eternal. We need to put our time in utilizing the gifts and talents God gave us to edify and expand the body of Christ. If you don't, you become inept, unsure, and not confident in what God has planned for your life. However, as we submit to the process of being trained, mentored, and discipled; we become proactive, confident, and sure in the work God has assigned us to do.
"As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work."
John 9:4 NIV
